Yes. Alongside wall-to-wall carpet we handle oriental and Persian rugs, Navajo rugs, silk and wool rugs, leather shag, and specialty and heirloom pieces. We also do the repair side: edge surging and binding, fringe replacement and hole reweaving, custom rug pads, stain and moth repellent, and rug appraisals and evaluations.
Steam cleaning, also called hot water extraction, using truck-mounted equipment. It deep rinses the carpet fibers and removes soil, spots, odors and allergens. Most major carpet manufacturers require steam cleaning on a regular schedule to maintain their warranty.
Eight steps, in order. We place corner guards, cover wood floors, vacuum, pre-treat spots and traffic areas, move and replace furniture, steam clean, groom the carpet, and place air movers to reduce drying time.

In most cases yes. Our technicians are trained on difficult stains including pet accidents, coffee, ink, juice and red wine, and we offer pet odor treatment on upholstery as well as pet stain and odor removal on area rugs.

Often, yes. Stretching for ripples, seam separation repair, patching, transition strip repair and permanent stain removal do not have to mean replacement.
