What the steam cleaning removes
Hot water extraction rinses soil, spots, odors and allergens out of the carpet fibers rather than masking them. Most major carpet manufacturers require steam cleaning on a regular schedule to keep their warranty intact, and eco-friendly green products are available on request.

Eight steps. Two of them are the ones that get skipped.
Corner guards and floor covers protect the house before the job even starts. Air movers finish the job after the truck is already packed up. Both are easy to leave out, and neither one is.
